1.The service

HooshOne lets you build websites, apps and APIs by chatting with an AI agent, and publish them at HooshOne addresses or your own domain.

Code written by the agent can contain mistakes. Review and test your app before relying on it.

2.Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and are responsible for keeping access to it secure.

You must be at least 18, or use the service with a legal guardian's permission.

3.Your content

The code, data and content created in your projects belong to you. You can export your code at any time.

You allow HooshOne to process this content only to run, host, back up and provide the service.

4.Acceptable use

You may not build or host: phishing or impersonation, malware, cryptocurrency mining, spam, attacks on other systems, illegal content, or anything that infringes others' rights.

We may stop an app or account that breaks these rules without notice. Where a problem can be fixed, we will tell you before suspending.

5.Credits, plans and payment

Prices are in Toman and are charged from your workspace wallet. Wallet top-ups go through the Zarinpal payment gateway.

Credits pay for the agent's work and are not refundable once used. Plan credits renew monthly; credit packs are valid for the stated period.

Unused wallet balance can be refunded as required by law; contact support to request it.

6.Availability and backups

We work to keep the service available and back up app databases continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

On the free plan, apps sleep after a period without visits and unused projects may be archived. We notify you before deleting any data.

7.Limitation of liability

HooshOne is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the previous three months.

8.Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will announce important changes in the service or by text message.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
